What you will be doing: Leading and collaborating with a team of consultants to ensure the delivery of exceptional rehabilitation services. Driving quality assurance initiatives across all aspects of case management and service delivery. Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and enhancing the client rehabilitation experience. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering their growth and professional development. Managing a personal caseload of complex cases while applying advanced case management practices to achieve superior outcomes. Identifying and addressing barriers to Return to Work, and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees in their journey back to the workforce.
